Edwardian style vintage diamond pavé ring
This antique, almond-shaped diamond ring is a beautiful piece and is one of our favorite styles of ring. This elliptical crown was popular in rings made towards the end of the Victorian era through the Art Deco period, in other words spanning the decades between 1880-1930.
Five rows of old-cut diamonds are individually pavé-set (a term borrowed from the French for "paved") into a bed of white gold while the band is a contrasting yellow gold. Either worn as an engagement ring, or as an index or middle finger ring, this ring is guaranteed to catch the eye of one and all with its elegance and old-world sparkle.
The bottom of the ring shows subtly where the ring has previously been re-sized and is stamped with a worn karat mark. Weighs 2.1 grams.
