Refund policy

We will always strive to work with our customers to make their experience with us positive, however if the customer is unsatisfied with a purchase and provided the item is not a final sale item, then it is eligible for an exchange or store credit.

All sales are final after 10 days from date of purchase.
Marked down items and special orders are final sale.

If eligible the customer must contact us within FIVE days from receipt of merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for the original and additional shipping cost to return merchandise. We recommend that customers insure their package for its full value and use a parcel delivery service that can track your package. Customers are responsible for merchandise until it reaches our shipping department. Returns sent to us without an RA# may be refused.

All merchandise that is returned must be in its original condition, which includes all hang-tags and packaging originally included. We recommend that customers please use caution when trying on merchandise. Merchandise with evidence of use or wear will void the right to an exchange or credit. If returned merchandise is not received within the 10 days allotted, the right to an exchange is void.
